    The good thingsgood product, intensive training, knowledgeable colleague and bosses that are willing to share
    The challengesmicro-management, said open for suggestion and discussion but you will be banned from almost everything you suggested, monetary penalty if you make mistake, you need to pay for pantry snacks,

    The good thingsManagement never reluctant to share experiences, strategies, how things work in higher management level, company operation etc. Open door policy to encourage all kinds of questions. Dynamic & flexible environment and cohesive teamwork-style of resolving obstacles and hurdles.

    The good thingsThere are rewards on accomplishments and company do spend time and money to bond among co-workers. On difficult tasks, there are guidance given by manager. The manager also encourage employees to voice out and be proactive on the tasks given.
    The challengesOf bad actions and wrong conduct, there are always repercussions. It depends on your attitude and will to improve. For me, things may be difficult at first, but you always learn.

    The good thingsOpportunities given to show your skill and supported by the team member and management. There will always be ongoing projects to work on and training provided internally or externally by the management to enhance your skill and experience as employer. The perks after serving in the company is the yearly & holiday bonuses given, in addition to company trips to both local and overseas that is guarantee each year.
    The challengesThe staffs had to be all rounder and learn basic knowledge regarding other department's work. It may be challenging to learn at first, but eventually beneficial to an individual to gain other knowledge and skills outside of your job scope; that may not be able to learn in other company.

    The good thingsBetter than my last workplace. Employer is understanding and not so much issue. Worked for 2 year plus with salary increment, bonus and trips. Can go home on time and no weekend job.
    The challengesStill have not encountered any challenge yet. The company was fast moving so can see some new staff having difficulties to adapt.

    The challengesthe idea of getting one person to do all jobs perfectly is sometimes ridiculous. Higher management need to improve their way of communicating and treating their employees with respect.

    The good thingsEnvironment with good guidance. Build our communication skills in English. Learn how to manage works effectively and build confidence to speak in front of people. The company does not too pushy and the management really understand how business and teams work cooperatively. New comers will be treated well and given supports via their motivations and spirits of building a passionate workers.
    The challengesSegregate the tasks to more people and do not afraid to hire more. More people you hire the more efficient you could gain your production level. Satisfaction of a person can be identified by good payments, make-sense workloads, win-win situations between productivity levels (profits) and investment on your human capitals (employments).
