Good boss, colleagues and cultureThe good thingsI love how my opinions and thoughts are being valued by my boss and colleague despite being young. I like it when my boss come and ask me for my opinions and thoughts when it comes to big decision to make in the company.
I am allowed and encouraged to make mistakes because I was told that if I do not make mistakes, I will never know that that method does not work out. Pampered with grace and kindness, I don't feel condemned when making mistake, instead I was advised to try again.
I also love the flat hierarchy in the company. There is no such thing as "you are young and inexperienced so you don't talk". I can rebuke or disagree nicely with my boss and colleagues and get good response and respect from them.
Another thing I love about my boss is that he has a heart of making impacts. There is a bigger purpose as to why he works.
The challengesI think the only challenge here is that we make mistakes. Being a young company means that we will be making mistakes here and there. The management is experimenting different methods to find the best way to tackle different situations. In fact, if we don't make mistake, we will never succeed.
So since we will be making many mistake to succeed, it requires a strong and steady heart to pick ourselves up and run again. That's the only challenge.
