    Its okay to work here but the management is not good enough instead very terrible.
    The good thingsGained experience on food industries.
    The challengesThe management is so poor till they pay your salary very late even delayed for more than a month and if you want to claim your socso on medical certificate, believe the process is just takes two weeks but because of the poor management it takes about three months for me.. I would not recommend this company for anyone unless if you're a patient person.

    The good thingsGood teamwork among managers and departments. Supportive supervisors and line leaders. Celebrate success where applicable and at the right time. Communication with others is easy with phones.
    The challengesStopping the processing plant would be great challenges due to overwhelming demand for customers. A lot of rooms for improvements and good potential to increase productivity and efficiency. Upgrading the facilities and transportation fleet would be great advantage for better image of esteemed poultry processing plant.

    The good thingsAs a food technologist, Ayamas is one of the beat place to learn on technical part of the food. The best place because almost every year you will undergo training and classes and every day you will learn something new. In terms of food standard, Ayamas also is one of the best place to train you as an auditor. You will get expert on every food act clause because you will deal with it everyday.
    The challengesI would have stay longer if I could work only Monday to Friday. Since it is a manufacturing base, you have to stand by on weekend. But that doesn't mean that you have to work on every weekends. It an alternate weekend. For those who already get use to work on weekend, you will find Ayamas is the best place to go.
