    Great place and great people
    The good thingsAble to meet new people and learn the their experiences, always learn something new and know how to line my schedule. The best thing is always learn from my mistake and makesure it won't happen again. Surely it is the great company to start your career and and laern how to manage people. In addition, you will know how strong your mental and physical is when you have to manage your workers, manage store and importantly to manage on customers because they always right.
    The challengesI believe wherever we work of course there will be a challenges, then what a life if without a challenges right. My biggest challenges here is to handle on customers attitude, and surely the workers to. But i learn that, everyone is not the same, and we should not treat people same, everyone have the specialities and helps them so that they cam improve theirself.

    Worked In Ayamas is Good for Food and beverages concept. The culture and the management are better
    The good thingsAble to learn conduct a foods and beverages. Always adapt a many type of customer order and services. Able to learn about stock management, system operation and return/arrival goods.
    The challengesAdapt customer orders in many quantity a day. Working hard to give the best quality in services. Always alert for the quantity of stock and availabality.
