    A good Company for your learning curve, be it the soft or hard ways
    The good thingsThe colleagues are friendly and helpful, the new management really is employee-centric (or at least is working towards that)
    The challengesSeveral colleagues who have been with the Company for a very long time are unable to adapt to changes in working pace, hence sometimes it is difficult to move

    The good thingsAlthough sometimes there is rushed job but I get to enjoy my work life balance here. People here and management work together well. My colleague family kena Covid and Managemnt allow WFH and never chase on work.

    Company didn’t reduce staff and still paid bonus and some colleagues who did well receive salary increase
    The good thingsGiven opportunity to learn and the bosses and management help to maintain all staff, happy that we have a steady job when my other friends lost their job. They also allow working from home.
