    When I started, there isnt many staffs so it was okay to manage. But as the office grew, there's a significant change to the management that I think it's ridiculous sometimes. I've burned out from working here and what's frustrating is the pay is not that high but the workload sometimes is unbearable.
    The good thingsThe boss is alright. Likes to build relationship with the staff and have lunch when they come by. The location is quite alright. The office, quite small but close to a lot of other amenities, like post office, restaurant, convinient store, and banks.
    The challengesThe manager not being professional, most of the time receive confusing task/instructions. Not being truthful with the staffs. Not being transparent and always have to ask for more details. Same as the boss, sometimes it's very hard to work with them.

    A great place to have diverse experience
    The good thingsI liked that I can learn a lot from sales to the technical aspect of the services because as a salesperson, we need to know the basic knowledge of the services. As a small company, the bonding with colleague is good. The management appreciate your works and thoughts. Some of those who performed well, managed to get increment twice in a year. I grew a lot in this company because I did more than what I was supposed to do. Otherwise, I'd be static in the same job with no career development.
    The challengesWe need to be independent to get the work done. If someone is a quiet person and afraid of asking for help, might have difficulties to cope. Of course as a small company, the management can improve further. If you're not a positive person, and not willing to learn more, then this company is not for you.

    Its not a consultant or a contractor. Its a middle man type company.
    The good thingsNot much. Small project value.
    The challengesDirectors and owners dont have proper acedemic qualification in engineering. Existing team of engineer is not registered at Board of Engineers Malaysia because lack of qualifications. Mostly sales and worst management. Look somewhere else.
