The good thingsFrom being nothing to becoming something, I have made an amazing journey at this workplace being a Secretary to Mr Wong Hok Mun and also to Elaine Koh. It is all thanks to your guidance that I have made this journey. Your comments on my failures and your compliments on my performance – both motivate and inspire me to do better. Thanks
The challengesThanks for converting our mistakes into lessons, pressure into productivity and skills into strengths. You really know how to bring out the best in us.

    Challenging.
The good thingsThe bosses have a open door policy where the associates are always able to communicate their concerns in relation to the work and office environment. This enables the associates to feel a sense of belonging which will allow them to work as a team.
The challengesThe challenges specifically to litigation matters would be having tight deadlines and balancing a preferred work-life balance. This however is subjective and depends on the department that the associate is attached.

The good thingsWhen I was there , the only good thing were the good colleagues. Very organised and systematic. Support staff is good.
The challengesToo much favouritism. The ones that are able to 'ki** a** gets notices and promoted. The worst part they may not be necessarily good. If you are a related to a\"somebody\" you will be treated like a queen. Loyalty mean nothing. At the end of the day is how much business you can bring in. Support from management is lacking.
