    The good thingsThe staff is mostly Malay and very friendly hence its okay but very stressful because lack of staff

    Think twice before you decide to work here

    The challengesLow salary if compared with current market. Executive level only applicable for 2k, and assistant started with 1.8k+ Not recommended for those who have experience. The salary for manager position is only for 3k-4.5k which is this range is supposedly for executive position (if compare with other company). Not recommended to stay for a long term.

    The challengesDo not expect much for gaining good experience or career development. The management is not supportive, the environment filled with toxicity and gaslighting. Other than that, the salary always late from the expect time. It not suitable to expand your career or knowledge

    The challengesYou need to stay back until late night because of workload you get, but you do it without getting paid, because there's no OT for middle management. Salary is too low for degree graduated. Workloads>pay

    The challengesPoor benefits, Difficult to take a leave, Stressful, low salary, not rely on system and many things need to do manual, everything is on a paper, imagine if the document is missing? Not recommended to stay for long term because i dont think u able to stay for a long term tho

    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of things here especially about automotive industry. Good working environment, low pressure from management.
    The challengesLow salary, no benefits, no OT, have to clean toilets ourselves (no cleaner), low claim mileage rate, have to stay late.

    The good thingsmany young employees holding the middle management positions.
    The challengestop management staffers don't respect subordinates non-working time. have to work until night with no OT. interns are treated like cheap labours. wage below market value. workspace is inconducive and frequent wifi disruption. Should establish workers union. HR should be proactive in taking care of staffers' welfare. HR officers seem to only play phone and attend meetings.

    The good thingsAble to learn lots of new things. Can prepare yourself for outstanding work demand. Can manage to cooperate with customer's demand and follow any specification requirements requested by them.
    The challengesYou will be left alone in order to manage your own self in completing any task given. You will be introduced to a heavy workload environment and you have to meet tight datelines as prior to the customers demand.
