    Thoroughly enjoyed
The good thingsWide opportunities for hands-on exposure & empowerment of young employees, with strong culture of mentorship without spoon-feeding. Fun, cosy work environment. Management is generous in investing in technology, learning & business travel. Management is serious about helping staff personal & career growth, even supporting staff who decide to progress into different careers.
The challengesSome partners might engage in turf wars in competition to increase revenue collection. Pressure to collect sometimes cause different practice groups to work in silo.

The good thingsMy favorite parts of my last job included the ability to work independently (trust from employers) & the people I worked with. It’s great to work with people that care about their company and doing a good job. It’s hard to find that environment today and I get to work with a lot of different people from various fields.
The challengesNo one is perfect there is always room for better performance, better inhencement, better communication, better planning, better logic, better cooperation, better understanding and better real ability. This all will be achieve along the line of experience, yet so many things to learn from our previous jobs, yet so much to learn on this coming job, yet so much to learn.

    Great Overall
The good thingsEthical; patient guidance always available yet without spoon-feeding; generous on spending for staff training; great exposure to international deals.
The challengesNeed more organised internal process in place. IT Department needs to buck up on resolving internal client problems & being proactive to maintain & improve IT infrastructure (though generally the IT infrastructure is quite modern).
