    A place to learn new things but not to build your career
    The good thingsHad a good office with air-conditioned. Flexible working hours and really relax. Provide a good service for customers. Good and friendly colleagues.
    The challengesThis company don't have a proper management as their branches does not work as branches at all. The branches doesn't have their own management and will always refer to HQ. The salary offered also very low as a worker need to do double job to support the family. There is no career advancement and benefits given to the workers. I hope this company can improve their management and provide a good support especially in financial for the workers in every branches.

    The challengesDoesn't have career development because of it's new branch here. Had a basic salary and really low. Doesn't have any benefits.
