    Has a nice working culture
    The good things>Hexbio is a mature product, which is the critical key of nice working culture. >Colleagues are friendly to provide assistance. >Colleagues are passionate to job and mission. >Learn marketing strategy (learn Ps & Ai here), medical regulation, QC process, professional communication, critical thinking of doing sale. >Focus on the sustainable development of public health, especially when she comes to medical/pharmaceutical profession.
    The challenges>Sustainable solution for development project is required, in case old staffs left for another career.

    Not a place with good career advancement
    The good thingsEmployees were given freedom to do anything they want to do in the office i.e. surf the internet, stream videos or play games. The working hour is rather flexible as well as there are no action(s) taken for late-comers.
    The challengesThe main challenge would be to figure out what does the boss want. We were given the freedom to do our own things and to come out with our own ideas, however, if the boss doesn't like the sound of it and that's it we cannot proceed with it.

    The good things- Opportunity to growth the market in local and oversea. - Required truly medical and marketing experience. - Management willingly to listen and discuss in logical marketing plan. - Management agreed on self improvement (as long as the seminal can meet and improve your job related skill)
    The challenges- Develop new business plan and explore more clients with totally freedom, as long as is logical. - Independently, have creativity and problem solving mindset - Required own suggestion, opinion and discussion on project - Required well train and good following up skill
