    The good thingsAverage benefits but development teams is excellent. Everyone treating each other like friends & family
    The challengesAt times business side will not able to gather proper requirement and developer will need to be involve to make things clear. Some legacy systems need to be enhanced or revamp but management focus was in making new business which will overlook the impact of future of current system load

    No work life balance
    The good things-Learn a lot with stressful environment rated 8/10 due to lack QA resources. -Salary increment is good as they appreciate workforce -company annual trip in local -monthly they have sport club activities or bring telco team to further makan place in other state organised internally.
    The challenges-Management mostly woman; emo -Sometimes works OT -Stressful vendor environment, especially when UAT. -the business analyst or document analyst are very emo sometimes bang the table due to crazy task assigned by the PM. Crazy attitude. Must have already resigned I guess.
