    Interesting and Good Company
    The good thingsAll colleagues are very friendly and helpful. They are willing to teach and let new intern or fresh graduates to try new things to gain more experiences. Everyone developer here are highly skilled but maintain humble and not selfish to share their knowledge. All seniors, mentors, team leaders and bosses are also very friendly and understanding.
    The challengesIt is hard to follow up from the start as everything is new, but with they help of other people there, it is easier to catch up in a short time.

    The good thingsFlexible working hours, near public transport, office pantry full of snacks, beverage and there is fruits day. Average benefits.
    The challengesNo public holidays, all include in annual leave. Need to apply leave whenever you wanna off on public holiday. Very cowboy HR dept, too many unclear instruction, no clear direction. Is an global company yet the team (HQ- Manager and above) do not know a lot of things regards to the legislation on the other countries.

    Awesome working environment and helpful team members
    The good thingsHelpful superior as the superior will guide me when I was a new joiner. Thus, it is a good starting point for me to learn a lot of things over here. Good environment and helpful team members, the company would organise morning tea to welcome the new staff and when i have any issues with my works but my superior was not around, my team members would try their best to solve my issue(s).
