    The challengesyou got to be ready to be micro managed . all eyes are on you , from the management , but only if you commit mistakes, but for any credit will go to your superiors.Office politics are at its worst.

    The good thingslearn new software,learn how to handle pressure,nothing much i can think of.
    The challengesno new ideas, you have to follow daily routines, Saturdays full day work, no annual dinners nothing , basically you will work 6 days and get paid.too much of rules, no beard no mustache for men, cant talk to each other or you will end up in paparazzi. basically you will be having a feeling of working in military.make a wise choice don't get trapped with their salary package.no half day permission. decide 100 times before you grab the opportunity. period.
