I have more than 15 years experience in HR, this is the worse company I ever join, terms & rules is OUT...they did not follow labour ordinance, they have they own rules. No proper HR has been setup, salary calculation calculate as they like.

The challengesAll staffs' handphones (except managers) are kept in a steel box during working hours. Bad staff welfare. Bad management.
