    Good things are coming!
    The good thingsNew management teams has started to make many changes since mid of 2023. Now we have flexible working hours, work 40 hours a week, e-system for payroll, leave, claims. We have performance bonus, annual increment, promotions, adjustment. Clean environment, free coffee and tea, annual dinner, monthly employee recognition award, birthday celebration,. Salary also pay early now. Things has started to move to a better condition. Medical benefits now easy, has many panel clinic and hospitals, all through handphone.
    The challengesMany things to do to improve processes. All staff still work the old way, a challenge to face. But management now see it and are managing it case to case. A good place if we want to get good practical experience.

    Stressful due to high burden of works need to be completed ASAP and with pressure from all departments & management. Don't have opportunity to properly grow even though have been working for 6 years. Salary given were not equal to works given. Poor staff management. High turnover rate.
    The good thingsHaving good colleagues.
    The challengesToo many multitasking works which required to be done ASAP. Jobs given were not as per stated in JD. High turnover rate due to stressful work environment. Management not employee orientated. Staffs were given works without proper training and without proper guidances. So many projects are on-going but company resizing staff. No replacement were taken for resigned employees and other employee needs to support.

    The challengesSome managers are based in other plants and sometimes slow down the decision-making process. But overall still not a big issue at all.

    The challenges- Multitasking with lack of proper order from the top management. - too much meeting with long time that drag other important work.
