You’d be better off finding a company that values you more
The good thingsNothing about my time here felt enjoyable or motivating
The challengesPoor management and excessive workload. If you're a fresh graduate and you see a salary range of RM2,100–RM3,000 advertised, let me be honest — they will most likely offer you RM2,100, require you to work six days a week, and you won’t receive EPF or SOCSO during your three-month probation. After deductions, your take-home salary would be around RM1,800+. You deserve better — look for a company that values you. Also, there is no increments if you're staying for more than one year.
