    I would suggest the person who chooses to work here to consider carefully whether or not he wishes to stay here for long. Because it might give you a headache.
    The good thingsGood bonuses. Safety is a high priority here.
    The challengesCan be difficult dealing with bosses and management who do not always give complete support. "My way or the highway" dealings.

    I learned a lot about being in a managerial role.
    The good thingsThe challenges that are constantly thrown my way. I believe I grew a lot from all the tasks I have so far been trusted on, I get to enhance my network with a lot of people in the industry, i.e customers, suppliers, distributors, training providers and contractors. I also feel that the company has groomed me to become a professional in the industry, I still have a lot to learn, but i think I am currently doing it at a right place.
    The challengesI just hope that the company would hire at least another person in my department. Although it is a good thing for a young executive like myself to handle a lot of projects, sometimes the workload could be too overwhelming that datelines are starting to become almost impossible to meet. I think the company would be perfect if it hires at least only one other person for the position I am currently in.
