    Having a very stressful life
    The good thingsBenefits are ok, you will be able to exposed to a lot varieties of baking products in the market now, too many products for you to self explore. so, do not expect to have a work life balance here and be prepared to work during weekends
    The challengesVery fast pace, already can feel the heavy stress in the first week itself. Have to be very independent, there is no training provided as they expect you to know anything and everything when you enter. There might be no guidance at all also, as some colleague are just not helpful to share info even if you are new. However, the management still expect you to give full force and contribute every single day since the whatsapp groups wont rest even during at night and before working hour.
