    for beginning career exposure is good to learn. but not suitable for long term career growth
    The good thingsa lot of things to explore and learn in R&d field.
    The challengesproduction not fully automated, still depends on manual method like packing and cleaning. poor management, they don't understand scientific theory on baking applications hence they do not know your needs in training. need to be multi-task even salary is underpaid. even it is MNC but they will not allow you to have exchange programme or knowledge among their associates.

    Underpaid with superb job scope
    The good thingsYou may learn a lot during the workshop held by company. (e.g. Halal, ISO, etc). The bonus is quite good although the increment is very slow.
    The challengesYou may need work in multiple jobs in the same time. Time management is very important. Work in a team is a must.
