    The good thingsGood place to kickstart your journey as a hotelier. Amazing working environment all over the operation side. Management really needs to improve in terms of running a business and value their staff better
    The challengesManagement didnt care about your wellness and simply neglected how big your contributions towards the company. They need to experience themselves in the operation side first before being able to manage a company. Of course theres a better place outside which will value yourself unlike this place
