Not enough staff to perform the work
The good thingsGood medical benefits, able to work from home without the need to come back to office due to Covid
The challengesThere is a lot of intervention from Regional. Regional wants us to implement many things which is time consuming and we do not have enough resources to perform these on top of our BAU.

My experience in Bank of America
The good things- Nice & friendly colleagues - Salary is quite lucrative, good package of employee benefits - Good company to start off if wish to work in banking industry - Good working environment
The challenges- NO BONUS!!! - Poor management and complicated organization - Overwork and overtime all the time, no OT allowance as well - It's common that you need to do 2-3 persons' workload at a same time - Systems is outdated and can't be fixed at a short period as the system is supported from other country

My Experience in Bank of America Merrill Lynch
The good thingsThe working environment is good. The colleagues are friendly too. My manager is willing to teach and give me some opportunities to explore new things. As BOA is a small bank in Malaysia, I learn knowledge which is not only my field but other filed too. It's a great company to start your career in Bank of America if you wish to enter banking and financial service field.
The challengesAs BOA in Malaysia is not online with the Head Office in US, we meet some difficulties in management. Mostly our management was managed by Singapore/Hong Kong side.
