Maybe will work until retirement as I believe my bm won't kick out me
The good thingsNice place to work until retirement, as a sales role in branch even I don't manage to hit my target, I can still work here and receive salary at the same time, if I work at other bank, I might already receive PIP (warning letter) already, therefore I decide to work until retirement or wait for better opportunity. While I am not sure whether other sales role will receive PIP or not.
    The challengesSo far quite enjoyable

Stressful workplace & Too manual system
The good things- Team bonding activities like annual dinner & team building - Able to claim OT for ranking assistant manager and below
The challenges-limited man power, overload work which cause no work life balance - too manual, many housekeeping maintenance done by branch instead of back office - limited career growth opportunities - poor leadership

Low Salary and Less Benefits to Fresh Graduates
The good thingsMore exposure since this is an expanding bank, you might get to involve in different field of jobs instead of specialized in one particular job scope.
The challengesRestriction in IT system make people difficult to refer something via internet but have to use another internet PC to surf internet while searching for more information and the another PC for self perusal. Besides, if you are able to handle works, people will push their responsibility to those who can work well.

    Work
The good thingsThe company offer you a new horizon on what the private sector do in daily life work, besides desk job you also get a lot of chance to see new things and people everyday which will provide you a further experience in your coming day, its leadership level also heed your advice as a neutral person and do the right thing for you provided it is in the company limit or boundary.
The challengesThe thing they can do to improve is the speed of processing a necessary request that will seriously impact the working environment, they should also consider in promoting more team building for the company personnel to interact more so we will know each other more than on the job, finally they could also consider increase the perks we have as a worker
