    The good thingsI enjoy working at bank rakyat as br-smart because i can meet any people from any level and i can learn how to solve problem such as ctos and ccris. Besides, i have many experience in working there such as how to attract people to stay with us, to buy our product, how to promote the product and many more. The staff also friendly and willing to teach if we have question about product and customer.
    The challengesThe challenges is the customer who didn't know the prosedure of the bank. They want bank solve their problem as their want without follow the prosedure such as settle their ctos from their personal loan.
