I’ve learned a lot and even got promoted. Monthly bonuses are a nice touch too. It can get busy sometimes, but the environment is positive and there’s a strong sense of teamwork.
The challengesThere are times when overtime is needed, especially during busy periods. Also, when too many mistakes happen, manager might get frustrated and raise their voice. It can be a bit stressful in those moments, but it's still within a reasonable range and doesn't happen often.
