if u prefer work life balance, best work space at here as everyone going off on time. But micro managing at it best. If you are the follower style, you will happy working over here.

The good thingswork life balance, salary on time, 13 month salary + performance salary. average salary.

The challengesMicro manage, everything about cost saving, limit your imagination and have to follow their own tradition style
