    Low increment per year & lack of benefit for exec. level.
    The good thingsThe people & the environment so far so good. The improvement in terms of quality & work efficiency can be seen from year to year. The communication is good within same department. We are encourage to improve from time to time which is good for our career development.
    The challengesTeam work is good within a department level but need to work more between one department to another department. Almost half of the PMDP are based on the performance on the regional level which will affect our increment & bonus per year.

    The good thingsteam work here, food here, and salary here. the management is good too. supportive working environment. got allowance and over time too. and many celebration here such as birthday, farewell and annual dinner. i enjoy so much

    The good thingsMultinational company where you can work with many people from different countries. It is a big, growing fast company which has been broadening its businesses all around the worlds and it is always on-going. It allows open access and opportunities for anyone to develop improvement / personal skills.
    The challengesTurn over is somehow quite high and the organization keeps changing from time to time for new people, which from another point of view it is not healthy. As they are many old employees from previous company with conservative mind set and working style, this sometimes slow down the decision making in the organization.

    The good thingsCompany empahsise on staff's growth and welfare. There are annual in-house training programs for self-enrichment which give staffs opportunity to visit the head office in Singapore or Zurich Job rotation is available shall staff is looking to explore further
    The challengesEver-growing and ambitious company. Hence, the constant change in management and work culture. May be difficult to adapt initially or not suitable for someone looking for a stable job.
