    The good thingsAn exceptional place for career development. I gained deep exposure to LMW shipment planning, MOC for safety equipment, and P&ID analysis. The culture prioritizes safety (Zero LTI) and operational excellence, allowing me to contribute to PGI reports and Responsibility Care Audits. Highly recommended for those who value structured SOPs and a world-class working environment.
    The challengesIdentifying tiny discrepancies in complex piping and electrical drawings to ensure they match the physical plant. One error here can cause a massive safety risk.

    Skilled in a variety of piping works from design engineering, estimation, construction and engineering supervision, Instrument and Control mechanical completion and commissioning. Extensive knowledge in preparation of Piping specifications, piping datasheets, piping RFQ, piping index, PLC/DCS function list, cause and effect diagrams, ESD logic diagrams. Review and mark up of vendor packages and generation of instrument construction drawings and instrument commissioning procedures. Experience in programming and commissioning control system and management. Preparation of MTO for Piping , with reference GA, P&ID, Iso Drawing plot plan, piping location drawings and impulse piping hook-up drawings Proven abilities in supervision and monitoring of construction works, including test and inspections. Pre-com and commissioning of instrument and safety control systems including PMCS, SIS and FGS and vendor packages Manages the work activities with regards to schedule, availability of equipment’s/materials and system priorities. Manages ship loose items and equipment’s spares prior to load out of projects. Plans, coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities for all piping installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning Supervise in any piping works, maintenance, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in project site and shop. Preparation of procedures to be used, installation and testing/commissioning works. Coordinate and supervise piping and electrical controls functional testing, instrument/loop testing of process alarm, shutdown, and fire & gas detection instruments

    The field I study is mechanical technology and process (manufacturing) and have worked for 3 years in mechanical manufacturing (cnc machine), set up my own machine and make my own program in the machine and I have made some components from the petroleum industry
