    The good thingsPracticed using Ranorex Software to record steps of BASSnet for automation testing. Did Manual Testing on different versions of BASSnet. All seniors were glad to help out.

    Good place to start but not for career growth
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, can learn a lot from A - Z. Hands-on experiences on the hardware, software and infrastructure. Superior is really appreciate the efforts and encourage the team members to take more responsibilities.
    The challengesWork overloaded - too many things need to maintain and cover. It's time consuming and it's affect career development (to learn new thing) because you don't have free time/cannot fully focus on it. Sometimes have to take the responsible aggressively because some colleagues were acting don't know / none of my business. If goes wrong, you taking the blames.

    The good thingsOnsite training opportunities are given. Colleagues are friendly and willing to share knowledge (of course you need to have a good attitude). Superiors/ seniors are willing to provide assistance and advice.
    The challengesHave to blend in and be humble to learn, as there wont be much training. Need to work harder and be independent. Will be best if more internal / external training is provided.

    The good thingsColleague is always friendly and helpful. Management is open to suggestion. Work life balance work environment for software developer. Increment is higher than average if sales is good. Good for fresh graduate to begin their career. You are constantly expose to new technology.
    The challengessome of the policy by HR department is not relevant and ridiculous. if you are only care about benefit and good pay then this is not the place for you

    The good thingsGood learning, Manager/leader provide good guidance and advise, colleague helpful and sharing knowledge able to travel to oversea to explore more working experience a lot opportunity in the company yearly team building to ensure entire company colleague able to work as a team
    The challengesprovide more opportunity to employee to explore more project and support onsite to perform implementation provide more in-house training to ensure each of the employee to know the entire product module well

    Good company to gain experience
    The good thingsThe company provides platform for staff to have career growth especially for junior staff and takes care of staff well being. Having many international clients, it gives opportunity for staff to be exposed and work with international community. Those looking for opportunity to work on something related to shipping and oil & gas environment, this would be a good company to start with.
    The challengesIn term of office location, having office in Kuala Lumpur city center might not be a good start but the operation hour had been adjusted to accommodate this. Introducing flexible working hours would be nice. You may be required to travel oversea on frequent basis In term of career growth, the opportunity is there though the options are getting limited once you have reached certain position.
