    The challengesLeadership team don't understand the nature of the work arrangement for the employee in the company. The policy and working arrangement set was not cater to employees nature of work. Not supportive leadership team lead by foreign site lead. Employee welfare is not consideration.

    The good thingsIt's a very nice working environment since the people here were nice and willing to teach. All Bosses were so kind to accept any innovative ideas from employee that could help in their work. Beside that, office will organize some small event like guess and win competition. \"Guess who is that kid from our staff\" Monthly birthday celebration and more. Some of you might think what is the purpose to organize these kind of event? In fact, it does help to bond the relationship among the staff either in the same or different department.
