    It used to be a great place to work
    The good thingsTeam work, best support from colleagues, great bosses. The people around you always makes you wanna give more
    The challengesMulti tasking, working 24/7 , restructuring makes reporting structure hay wire. Every manager wanted to show their power instead of doing our job, we need to attend to their gossip. Stocks issues makes you weekend and public holiday chaos especially when the manager is not transparent about it and we have to manage on our own. Bad things about arranging it our own is that the higher level management's think that we are free when we are super duper busy attending to non stop phone calls from the hospital and patient.

    Good benefit but to many toxic people
    The good thingsBaxter care for their staff. We will get coupon for achieving target for production. The company also giving reward to the staff as a appreciation in employee appreciation week. Company also do many event in giving hand to disable people.
