    A great start to your career (For Design Engineers)
    The good things1) Provides a good platform for graduate engineers to polish their theoretical knowledge and also practical understandings as the work revolves around both design and site considerations. 2)Technical department consists of many experienced managers and seniors that provide proper guidance throughout your work experience. 3)Represent the company and liaise with consultants, clients and workers which improves your overall soft skills. 4)Flexible work hours and good/friendly work environment (+free parking).
    The challengesAs expected, peak periods requires crunch time but very manageable and not an "everyday occasion".

    Not suitable for fresh grad who are looking for their first job because you can’t have a career development here as you need to expose yourseld in buildings first (highly suggest to join main con / consultants company as your first job then you can go any

    The good thingsgot many great senior that willing to guide to the new thing. some of them very helpful and give full cooperation on the things need to do.

    You can learn everything here because the Head want you to success.
    The good thingsManager will be guide and give explanation all things you learn. You will learn everything so that you can have an experience in so many things.
    The challengesYou must try to avoid making mistakes even small because the employer want everything is under control starting from start project until finish. Once you do a mistakes, let them know as soon as possible so that the solution can find faster.
