    Pathetic of leadership, poor internal culture & fundamental.
    The good thingsGood training center for fresh graduated student, but beware to get influenced poor mindset, working culture, bad leadership.
    The challengesNot encourage experienced people work here, as the poor culture and working environment will influenced people decreased their performance and habitted to incorrect working manner.

    The good things- Flexible working environment - Good interaction between colleagues - HOD is very well understanding of subordinate
    The challenges- Have to support customer online even after work hours without any recognition from company - No 13 months salary per yer, bonus depends on company performance - Salary increment percentage is low even with outstanding performance

    The good thingsGood exposure for Automation development. Having worldwide customer and have the opportunity to travel world wide. Good colleagues and working culture. Having US and Germany counterpart that you can collaborate and have transfer knowledge.
