    Nothing and Everything
    The good thingsInfinite windows of opportunity for those who are outspoken but with down-to-earth attitude. Dato' never underestimate anyone's contribution and practicality even though you are not the sharpest tool in the box. Non hostile working environment because their family hates bootlicker.
    The challengesThe top managements are hard to warm up to. The longest conversation you can have with them is in the meeting room. Micro management by top management sometimes can be motivating and confusing at the same time.
