    The good thingsPeople are the ASSETs of this company, great opportunities to widen network with big IT companies as we worked on marketing projects with them. Apart from that, we cover a wide range of services where each employee has a chance to get their hands dirty. There are 2 major routes that employees can follow . 1 is Proffesional services doing benchmark, profiling etc 2. Marketing services support . Each individual has the freedom to express their ideas and given the change to showcase it.
    The challengesBrand presence is yet to be establish in APAC. This company is focus on the NICHE market targeting to assist IT companies on their Channel marketing. Benifits & Bonus might not be as competitive as compared to established Brands like T-Systems, IBM, Intel, Google etc
