    The good thingsIs good for fresh graduate to learn new things.
    The challengesHeavy workload, poor coordination and cooperation across dept, No SOP. Lack of trust from management. You hardly ever get to call the shots or make any decision of your own. But once a mistake is made, all the responsibility is yours.

    The challengesManagement is terrible, nobody care lower level voice until become big issue. Always tend to put blame and find sacrifice rather than solve issue together. Politics and really bad for self improvement
