    The good thingsGood thing is break time, cafeteria food was good, it has 3 times breaktime
    The challengesNo teamwork, your boss only know how to deligate the work but doesnt care or follow up about it. Poor mgt by all the head department.. Cheapskate company.. told us to improve so many this... but hardly spend money on any kind of improvement.. some of the computer are still operating window xp include with the oldschool microsoft office.. you still couldnt get good bonus if your kpi is wonderfull.

    The good thingsThe working environment was very condusive. The management had been very supportive and always there to offer help whenever needed. Such a lovely and friendly co- workers made my life very easy over there. I enjoyed each and every moment. It was indeed a pleasure to work there. Due to offer from the goverment sector, I have no choice to leave the company which I enjoyed working the most.

    The good thingsEven though local based company but the comviroment appears as an established concept. A training ground for fresh graduates.
    The challengesNo close loop quality system and most of the controls does not provide value added function. Less Interdepartmental team work and more containment plan rather than corrective plan
