    Manager no leadership, no clear direction or guidance, repeating do same thing over and over again
    The good thingsFlexible working hour
    The challengesMy experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in this company was disappointing. The management, particularly the leadership from the boss, was lacking. There was no clear direction or guidance, and decisions often felt disorganized and reactive. As someone who values structure and professional growth, it was frustrating to work in an environment without strong leadership or proper support. I wouldn’t recommend this workplace to those who are looking for effective mentorship or career development.

    The good thingsWorking hours from 9am -5:30pm. No need always stay back to continues work. Mean can back on time. Bonus still ok. Working environment good.
