Additionally, the supportive and collaborative colleagues make it a great place to grow professionally.
    The challengesThe workload can be quite heavy with tight deadlines, and the lack of backup person sometimes leads to increased stress

    The challengesThe staff benefits were poor with no overtime allowance, peak periods almost whole year long, long working hours with less staff allocation in audit team, poor allocation of jobs with too many clients allocated at a go.
