The good thingsGood guidance from team members. Near to mrt.
The challengesNo work-life balance. You will probably end up spending your 80% of your life in work. Definitely not recommended even if you are freshie. If you able to sustain here for almost 6 months, you are a survivor.

BEST PLACE TO FIND WORK EXPERIENCE
The good thingsStarted a work by download and filter jobs from mailbox. Our executive will be arrange the job for each team member fairly based on kpi. The job should be finished before go back home because its daily basis. No pending job! I will make sure to finish my work around 5-6pm. Most enjoyable, we working together until work finish. Overall, working here is more fun.
The challengesNo pending job. The jobs should be done in the same day. Also we should work on weekend.

Handling paperless managements and involve with a lot internal communication which deals either on internal parties and external parties. The task at hand involves with various situations and handles in a orderly and formal manner.
The good thingsThe task at hand keeps on involving with new experiences which adds more value to the work and benefits us in the future. Secondly, the task not only deals on inside parties but also allows us to increase our communication skills towards other parties by using all available resources in order to obtain information that allows us to the nescessary processes and solve the matter by the end of the day.
The challengesAs for many sectors, the intensity of work that keeps on postponed allows to delay other job tasks. This disrupt our performance and at the same interferes our task for the next day. As some cases has to be on hold and creates a pressure which not many people are able to resist and could lead to one fatigue mistake. In conclusion, day by day cases, this task is very sensitive.
