    The good thingsFriendly working environment, supportive team leader, opportunity to liaise with local and international customer/agent, great staff bonding among BDP branches as there are annual team-building and dinner organized by HR.
    The challengesHeavy workload especially during high shipment volume, meeting up tight deadlines, and some uncontrollable external factors which interrupt work process.

    The challengesThe payment of over times and for public holidays should be better ans fair. Staff shouldn't be force to work over time as its not being paid.
