    The good thingsWas nice AT FIRST then worst is about to come
    The challengesNo room for self improvement. High expectation for 1 person to handle multiple jobs (not on JD). Daily adhoc from more than 4 people and they will say it is urgent. No personal space. Will text you late night and weekends. Working on something not on your job description. Thought it was an international mindset company but they are so backward.

    More designers are needed.
    The good thingsGood work-life balance, working OT is rare. Nice colleagues.
    The challengesI worked there last year and I noticed there's only 1 senior graphic designer getting overwhelmed by a lot of jobs in the creative team. It is utterly absurd that a HQ company only has 1 designer to do the job. Beaubelle should focus on hiring more designers (At least 3 to 4) if they want to flourish in marketing online. Overall, Beaubelle should have a bigger team, and I boycott micromanagement because it surely leads to failure and distrust.

    The challengesThere’s a lot of “schools” rules behind it. A lot of internal problems. Not suitable for those who seek for career kickstarter. Inexperience superior. Especially the creative team “boss”. Acting like knows everything at the end just zero.

    The good thingsMy manager is someone who can listen and accept others opinions, only sometime he can't make a decision because he need to refer from CEO
    The challengesOverall I need to do Sales and didn't have a chance to do Marketing. Sales is must challenging as I need to find and influence them to take spa course. Sometime their parents will call me if there have any problems towards management.
