    The good thingsThe leadership always welcome for improvement ideas from the employees with open arms. You can grow for success if you could cope with the leadership aspirations. The global leadership always give 100% support whichever related to "sustainability topic" and legal compliance. In term of benefits; most management team members would enjoy it and it's better compare to other organizations.
    The challengesSometimes you need to become a very good "team player" and need to be multitasking. The pace of the working environment is rapid fast.

    The management team are not proper
    The good thingsThe employer do provide good remuneration & bonus if company perform well but not for now. As the management team was changed & incharged by difference people.
    The challengesThe volume of works is high & short handed as the company is growth. Plus management are not encourage to increase employees to handle high volume of works. Furthermore, the operation was interrupted by the regional team which located in Malaysia & same office shared.
