    Challenging but a FUN workplace
    The good things- Good benefits - Supportive colleagues - Good work environment, everyone is like friends even with management. - A place where encourage you to voice up and give feedback - A place where you can find the satisfaction when task completed - Get to involve in many different interesting tasks which I think other co. unable to do.
    The challenges- You will need to be a open person to accept some tasks - Can be quite stressful as many tasks on hand - Multirole CAN disturb your focus, however company is in expansion to getting more members. Hope the tasks can be reduce and I able to work more focus. - Still have many not systematic SOP, but everyone is working together for a better systems. - No WFH options at the moment

    Challenging environment for achievers
    The good thingsBeen working here for the past 10 years , nothing fantastically i would rate the company but i would say the current senior staff are willing to listen to feedback and comments. The coin is always both side as in what we can provide to the company and what the company can provide to us -> benefits for both. So far this part i think is fair but could be better in future.
    The challengesProduct which is focus in control system application but based on PC based Control technology , which is another different platform from PLC. Thus its really advanced and complex in the software application. Being a 40+ year old company in Europe , many improvement can be done especially in manual. Company is indeed undergoing restructuring to be better , such as transforming technical team to be customer service oriented. Correction to earlier review , within 6 months , we have about 5 people that left the company, not 10. Also we do send member to Germany for yearly training.

    Challenging environment
    The good thingsLots of thing to learn by yourself (aka self learning). Advance technology with lots of interesting products.
    The challengesProducts is not so user friendlesness as most of the user manual is not available or not very details. Lots of self testing, independent and patient is a must. *Tips - Company is undergoing restructuring with high turnover of headcount, approx 10 headcount is replaced within period of 6 months*

    The good thingsThe team here focus in clients welfare and very less red tapes.
    The challengesThe wide industries that automation covers thus could be overwhelming for those that dont have eagle eye view , nevertheless the managers here are reasonable

    The good thingsThis company really gives me experience about working environment. I starting from scratch and zero about work scope and now I can do admin and account job. People in this organization also goods and kind to me. They also let me learn and give me compliment when I finish my task
    The challengesChallenges in my first day. I do not know nothing and takes me about 3 month to understand well about my job. When customer push me to send out their things in the same day delivery.

    Good Environment
    The good thingsSince Beckhoff is still new in Malaysia's automation market, the number of staff is still in small numbers. These small numbers of titles have their own specified and expertise to deal with local and international clients. Small in numbers but big achievement every year and gave opportunities for everyone to shine. Small in numbers but easy to handle and lead to a better management.
    The challengesThe challenge to compete in the market which is conquered by other pioneer companies. The real challenge comes when the supply does not meet the demand. In which customer didn't get what they really want. There are loopholes to be taken care in each automation solution suggested. This kind of challenge happened due to locality preferences in comparison to Europe, which is Beckhoff origin.
