    Nice working environment
    The good thingsThe company really take care of the employee well. It give good company benefits. Good working environment. Good colleague who really take care of you. However, the workload can be a lot once in a while but it is very much manageable if you are not procrastinating.
    The challengesMost of the time you will have to multitask and have good memory, because many things will come at you at the same time, especially phone call. Handling people is one of the challenges and also time management.
