    Very boring old school environment. Not for young generation. Need to change the cultural environment then freshie may stay permanent. Too much work load. If want to make more money than should hire more employees.

    The good thingsThe best multinational Company that would give a guidance,open a big opportunity to the staff to grow as a good team player and individually as well. By leaving the company would be a big lost i would say!.SAD.
    The challengesAs a leader on each departmental area, it would be nicer to be upgrading the leadership skills such as manner in approaching the staffs and by accepting the opinions sincerely.
