    Overall, it has been an enjoyable journey working at Beiersdorf. A lot of fun activities have been organized to keep people engaged. There are high expectations, but useful feedback is frequently provided to guide you in the right direction. Additionally, superiors seek feedback from time to time to ensure they are on the right track. Lastly, the employee survey is truly significant. Management requests an action plan in order to improve the employee experience based on the feedback received.
    The good thingsWorking at Beiersdorf feels like simultaneously working and having fun. It provides a highly supportive working environment with colleagues who are supportive. There are frequent activities aimed at engaging employees at all levels. Moreover, it offers a platform for enhancing your skill set, and they also prioritize your career development.
    The challengesThe fast-paced work environment, along with collaboration with colleagues across different countries and time zones, sometimes results in late evening meetings.

    The good thingsSo far everyone in the company is very helpful. Though I am new to the industry, everyone is willing to teach and help.

    Company culture is famous in the market
    The good thingsSome of the company perks are not bad. Consider slightly above average. Other than this, nothing much.
    The challengesVery toxic & cina-man work culture. Lots of people here with attitude problem: rude & irrespective, arrogant, micromanaging, not following proper process, but they don't see as an issue it at all. Very tense working ambience & not happy at all. Overall I don't enjoy working in this company and I find the negative comments spreading around in the market of this company are generally quite true. However, everyone's experience is different, and there are still good people in there of course.

    The challengesThe people here do not accept new ideas, they follow what have been done in the past. The people here do not accept suggestions nor invest in system, therefore it takes you a few hours to generate a simple report. Do not join this company!

    The good thingsVery fast paced and have empowerment. If you are looking for a job which provides empowerment and individual contribution, this is the right job for you and thanks for joining a over-performing team that strives for the best and only the best. There is alot of chances and opportunites to climb very fast and honestly the achievements here are great.
    The challengesAs per above, the pace can be too fast and empowerment can mean that you have to do things alone and is very individual contribution work with a lean structure whereby not many people can help you on the same task and rely on your knowledge. Important note here: People are not helpful if you do not come prepared. Here is not a place to find answers. Is to provide solutions.
