    The challengesIMHO, every where you go is same, important is how you carry yourself and how you look at the things/issues. Important is if we have correct attitude/character, then there is no issue.

    Working in Belleview taught me few things
    The good thingsThe perks was very good actually. Namely company trip every 3-5 years. The Belleview Recreation Club was a plus, doing random event and gathering for the staff from time to time, the committee will be reelect annually.
    The challengesPolitics and always politics. DSH have a few individuals that he trusted and those that he trusted just do not get well with each other. Indirectly, that has caused the company to divided to few gang and/or factions which really harm the company when it comes to complete the task.
