    The good thingsEnjoyable environment and good team work. Good salary. Flexible working hour. Wide networking opportunity. understand the whole process flow from start to end.
    The challengesWorking with vessel make you have to working outside normal working hour. For some operation you have to work more than 24hours a day. Shortage manpower to rotate shift. If the vessel is coming on festive season or other public holiday, you have to work on public holiday without being paid extra (no OT no double / triple pay on public) No OT, no travel allowance - company just provide fix responsibility allowance travel allowance which is not sufficient compared to workload.

    The challengesDo not be too much independent because people will expect you more but not increasing your salary. Increment is very low, not worth for your hard work.

    The challengesno proper operational system & very manual causing you not efficient more sad thing being demotivated. Senior colleagues not helpful. reporting to unexperienced manager is an awful experience.
