    Not systematic and too casual
    The good thingsFlexible working hours and great work life balance. No stress in people relationship.
    The challengesLack of support. Top management not cares on problems faced by employees. Some not dedicates to the duty makes the job passed to others but keeps busy on other miscellaneous stuffs. Technical and correct process ways are the lowest priority which most of the time being violated to give way to capitalism such as cost and time.

    Incompetent management.
    The good thingsFriendly and caring colleagues. The staff at ADC (Asia Design Centre) is very friendly .Working on flexible hours is great for the work and private life balance .
    The challengesThe management there is very incompetent and out of style especially the old one .They are afraid of new changes . Taiwanese and even Netherlands Customer don't trust them in managing their project anymore especially project cost wise.

    The challengesSometimes the expectation on completing the task can be tough. Depends on your direct boss. If you have a good boss than all is good. The salary increment is below average in this company.

    The good thingsSalary is paid on time. Free meals during COVID times. Might be a good place to start as a fresh graduate.
    The challengesPolitics, HR short changes employees, incentive is on the low end, pay peanuts but expect work like NASA scientist. Expects executives to work overtime, public holidays and weekends without compensation (if possible).

    The good thingsNothing especially good. Work load, salary and benefit are what you would expect from an average contract manufacturer. They might afford to pay higher salary if they are in urgent need of a certain talent. After that do not expect a good annual increment.
    The challengesPoor management in overall. Very strict management. Basically it is all punishment and no reward. I guess it is one of the only so called American company that is super strict on lunch break. Employees are only allowed to leave for lunch at the exact second. Immediate management lacks vision and directions and not open to feedbacks.

Benchmark IT tool use quite advance & work out of office anytime also communicate with client . Food allowance, performance bonus & medical benefit improve compare previous.
    The challengesJob scope overlapping with 2 departments. Many high paid but work like clerk. No do analysis & blindly follow system.sumore poor system I ever use. Inventory always shrinkage. Not follow SOP.

    Nice working environment.
    The good things-Got monthly food allowance at the cafe in the company. -The workplace is so comfortable and well-equipped. -All staff are friendly and ready to give guidance. -Parking lot are provided for car/motorcyclist.
    The challenges-The working hours starts quite early and need to time-in as early as 7.30 in the morning. -Most staff looked quite stressed and always busy with their work.

    The challenges1. Responsible of Surface Mount Technology lines supporting & improving current processes, including wave solder & manual operations in a high mix low volume 2. Perform SMT equipment evaluations/purchase for production & NPI requirements. 3. Optimize the oven & wave profile, reduce the product process issue. 4. Carry out duty per operating schedule in order to achieve product goals such as Quality / Quantity / Yield report 5. Responsibility for create the SMT programming with Valor NPI software and universal DPO/ Hitachi (Mydata) software. 6. Responsibility for all technical documentation (ECO's, WI's, Process Flow, NPI etc.) 7. Improvement of SMT assembly process. Optimize, setup/programs to improve effectiveness 8. Assist Engineer to complete the task are being given
